Warranty Coverage

At Sunday Match Pickleball, we’re committed to delivering thoughtfully crafted paddles built for feel, function, and longevity. This limited warranty covers all Sunday Match Pickleball paddles purchased directly through our website or an authorized retailer.

Warranty Duration

Our paddles are covered under a 30-day limited warranty, starting from the date the paddle is delivered.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

If you believe your paddle is defective due to a manufacturing issue, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Us:

b. Include Proof of Purchase:
Please provide your order number or a copy of your purchase receipt.

c. Describe the Issue:
Tell us what’s wrong, and include clear photos or videos of the defect to help us review your claim efficiently.

Evaluation Process

Once we receive your claim, our team will review the issue to determine whether it qualifies as a manufacturer defect. This may involve reviewing your documentation or, in some cases, requesting the return of the paddle.

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following options at our discretion:

• Exchange: A one-time replacement with the same paddle or a similar model.

• Store Credit: If the same model is unavailable, we may issue store credit equal to the value of the paddle.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, edge wear, grip use)

• Damage due to misuse or impact (e.g., hitting hard surfaces)

• Environmental damage (heat, moisture, etc.)

• Cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect play

• Unauthorized repairs or alterations

• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

Return of the Paddle

If a replacement is issued, we may request the return of the defective item. Return shipping for approved warranty claims will be covered by Sunday Match Pickleball.

Disclaimer

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered for Sunday Match Pickleball paddles. No other warranties apply, express or implied. Sunday Match Pickleball is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.

Governing Law

This warranty policy is governed by the laws of California, and any disputes shall be resolved accordingly.
