We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. You can request a refund, exchange, or store credit through our Return Portal. For full details, see our Return Policy.
Absolutely. If you'd like a different color or style, you can exchange your paddle through the return portal. Exchanges must be made within 30 days and for items of equal value.
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info once your order is on the way.

We offer a 30-day warranty on paddles for manufacturing defects. If your paddle arrives with a flaw, contact us with your order number and photos at hello@sundaymatchpickleball.com. We’ll make it right.
